Construction Update

The work on the new addition is definitely progressing! I stepped out there this morning, and the main source of interest today was all the new kitchen equipment that has been delivered and is being installed. There are new fryers, a tilt-skillet, new convection ovens, a grill, new gas stove, ice maker, two milk machines, etc., etc. By the looks of things, our dietary staff should be able to turn out food fit for kings! The resident rooms are beginning to look completed – the west two wings have room and bathroom flooring laid, the east wing resident room floors are still being worked on. The countertops, toilets, grab bars, etc. have been installed, or are quickly getting that way. The dining room suspended ceilings are being hung. Quite a bit of the cabinetry in the soiled utility, clean utility, and spa room have been put in also. Well, that’s all I can think of for now…
