Exciting Construction News!

I have never written two posts in one day, but there are such exciting things happening on the new addition I thought I should let you in on it! The bricklayers are here! They started last week and have most of the west and north-facing sides of the new activity room completed. Today they are bricking the area where the patio (outside the new dining room) will be. The second exciting thing happening out there is the new dining room windows going in! They are a big arched window; there are four of them, and they are completely finished with white trim on the outside and a stained finish on the inside. They look very nice! Insulation is also being blown in on the first resident room wing today. Well, I believe that’s it for now,  I’ll let you know when the next big thing comes along.
